Notre client, une grande entreprise manufacturière internationale de la Rive-Sud, est à la recherche d’un Directeur information financière. Le rôle comprend la préparation des états financiers consolidés, l’analyse de transactions complexes, l’optimisation des outils et la collaboration aux audits, tout en assurant de solides contrôles internes (SOX). CPA requis avec 5+ ans d’expérience en information financière et en comptabilité complexe, et une bonne maîtrise des normes US GAAP ou IFRS.

Description des tâches:

Participer à la préparation des états financiers consolidés (US GAAP), des notes et du MD& A

Assurer la conformité aux covenants et soutenir les livrables mensuels

Optimiser les outils financiers et collaborer aux audits

Analyser et documenter des transactions complexes (acquisitions, revenus, capitalisation des coûts)

Fournir un soutien comptable aux unités d’affaires et contribuer aux politiques comptables

Maintenir les contrôles internes (SOX) et améliorer les processus
