Position: Senior Controller for Strategic Growth
Location: Brossard

Become a Senior Controller and report directly to the Senior Director of Accounting, focusing on financial accuracy and continuous improvement in processes while managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This role is vital in driving organizational transformation and growth.

The Controller's position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in strategic projects that optimize financial processes. Candidates must be prepared to engage in cash flow analysis, tax compliance, and internal controls, ensuring the quality of financial reporting and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial information for internal/external stakeholders

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closes

• Ensure accuracy of financial analyses presented to management

• Manage the completion of balance sheet reconciliations

• Coordinate audit activities with external parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least seven years in financial control or corporate accounting

• CPA designation is favorable

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Bilingual in French and English
