Reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will assist with financial statement preparation, month-end close, and SOX compliance.

Your role is pivotal in streamlining processes and ensuring accuracy in Keel's financial practices while contributing to special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements according to US GAAP

• Engage actively in month-end close and reporting

• Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews

• Aid in testing internal controls and processes

• Support financing and systems integration initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid CPA designation required

• 4+ years of financial statement preparation experience

• Proficient in US GAAP and IFRS

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and relevant accounting software

• Strong English writing abilities for reports
