Join Fastco’s Finance team as an Experienced Accounts Receivable Technician and collaborate closely with the Credit Manager.

Your role will involve managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and processing orders daily. Your organized approach will help facilitate smooth collections and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer order processing and accuracy

• Follow up and confirm payments for prepaid orders

• Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly

• Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables

• Resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices swiftly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Bilingual in French and English required
