Gérez les comptes recevables chez LABPLAS à Sainte-Julie, en mobilisant votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre attention aux chiffres au quotidien.
LABPLAS recherche une technicienne ou un technicien comptable à temps plein, dans un poste permanent. Sous la supervision du contrôleur de gestion, vous prendrez en charge la facturation, les encaissements, le recouvrement et les notes de crédit. Vous contribuerez aussi aux conciliations, aux rapports et au suivi financier.
Responsabilités clés :
Gérer la facturation, les encaissements et le recouvrement
Administrer les comptes payables et les paiements
Effectuer les conciliations de comptes et rapports de dépenses
Préparer les remises gouvernementales et analyses comptables
Participer aux processus de fin de mois et d’année
Exigences :
AEC ou DEC en comptabilité, ou expérience équivalente
Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et des outils bureautiques
Français oral et écrit de très bon niveau
Anglais excellent pour communiquer avec des interlocuteurs internationaux
Rigueur, confidentialité et gestion efficace des priorités
