Maîtrisez la tenue de livres et Excel comme technicien comptable et administratif à temps plein, sur place à St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC. Soutenez les opérations financières et administratives de SPEC du Haut-Richelieu.
Vous assurez la gestion quotidienne des opérations comptables et administratives. La fonction couvre la facturation, les écritures comptables, les comptes fournisseurs et clients, ainsi que la paie en collaboration avec la direction. Vous contribuez aussi aux suivis budgétaires et aux dossiers administratifs.
Responsabilités principales :- Effectuer la tenue de livres et saisir les écritures comptables
- Préparer les factures et suivre les paiements
- Réaliser les dépôts et conciliations bancaires
- Participer aux fins de mois et de fin d’exercice
- Traiter la paie avec la direction
- Formation pertinente en comptabilité, finance ou administration
- Expérience en tenue de livres et gestion comptable
- Maîtrise d’Acomba, Sage, Quick Books et Microsoft Office
- Aisance particulière avec Excel et les données financières
- Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, discrétion et intégrité
