À Châteauguay, prenez en charge la comptabilité et la paie dans un poste hybride axé sur le grand livre. Excel avancé et trois ans d’expérience sont requis.
Comme technicien comptable et à la paie, vous relèverez du Gestionnaire des services comptables. Vous assurerez les cycles complets comptable et de paie, les factures fournisseurs, les conciliations et certaines déclarations. Votre contribution soutiendra également la préparation des états financiers.
Responsabilités clés:- Gérer le cycle complet de la paie
- Effectuer le cycle comptable complet
- Enregistrer et payer les factures fournisseurs
- Vérifier les dépôts et effectuer les conciliations bancaires
- Participer à la production des états financiers
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience pertinente
- Diplôme ou formation pertinente en comptabilité
- Maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs logiciels comptables reconnus
- Niveau avancé d’Excel
- Connaissance des tableaux croisés dynamiques et fonctions complexes
