Position: Cintas Sales Assistant for Catalog Operations

Cintas is hiring a Catalog Sales Assistant to enhance support within its catalog sales department. Engage directly with customers to assist in product orders and administrative functions in this full-time role.

This position requires daily interaction with catalog team members and business clients. You will key in orders, track their status, and perform important calculations on sales performance. Administrative tasks will also be a focus, including creating documents and handling urgent requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication with sales team and customers

• Accurately enter catalog product orders into system

• Track delivery and shipping status of all orders

• Calculate sales order metrics for growth evaluation

• Generate promotional flyers and handle general admin duties

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Strong typing and 10-key skills mandatory

• Valid driver’s license essential

• Administrative background preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
