Location: Candiac
Become a key player at Chanel in Candiac as a full-time Administrator for After-Sales repairs. This role is essential in streamlining inventory management and client repair communications.
As part of this temporary position, you'll work closely with artisans and boutiques, ensuring timely service and quality control. You will coordinate repair requests, oversee logistics, maintain documentation, and contribute to performance audits while collaborating with various departments to enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage repair requests effectively
• Update documentation within GRACE and Teams
• Handle inventory control and spare parts logistics
• Manage packing and shipping logistics for repairs
• Create KPIs and participate in audit processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an admin role
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Bilingual in French and English
• Customer-service focused with flexibility
