Here, your mission as a project assistant, you’ll support project managers in the day-to-day coordination of their activities and ensure the smooth administrative handling of projects, thereby contributing effectively to project success and the seamless flow of operations.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team to ensure operations run smoothly;
Create, organize, and maintain project files and technical documents in internal systems;
Prepare bids, administrative documents, and necessary follow‑ups in collaboration with project managers;
Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractual documents to ensure effective project coordination;
Provide administrative oversight of contracts, purchase orders, supplies, and inventory related to the department’s activities;
Provide versatile support to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes in the engineering projects department;
Perform various related administrative tasks as needed by the department.
Your background and your strengths
Are you the person we’re looking for?
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines;
A rigorous, structured, and precise approach to process management;
Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments;
Independence, organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent teamwork;
