Support advisors at our firm as an Investment Assistant focused on securities account management. This role demands proactive engagement and strong interpersonal skills while ensuring client satisfaction.
As an Investment Assistant, you'll be crucial in managing administrative tasks for client accounts. You will prepare documents for meetings, manage calendars, and complete securities transactions as directed. Daily interactions with clients and advisors require excellent communication skills and strategic thinking to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare necessary documentation for client meetings
• Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemail communications
• Complete account openings and transactions as instructed
• Address queries and propose tailored solutions
• Generate reports and prepare related documentation
Requirements:
• General college diploma in a related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in French is required
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement
