Location: Chambly
CFMWS is a Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services provider dedicated to supporting Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families by offering programs and services designed to enhance their well‑being.
THE ROLE Provide administrative support for planning, organizing and delivering community recreation activities.
Prepare invoices and make deposits, maintain petty cash fund as required.
Maintain and update membership database, files, inventories, mailing lists and related databases.
Sort and process invoices, applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person; act as point of contact for customers.
Open, distribute and process mail and other material, and organize flow of information internally and with other departments or organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED High school diploma.
Several years experience in administration or related field.
Experience in office administration, basic accounting, drafting and distributing correspondence.
Experience applying policies, procedures and regulations.
Proficiency in software for publications, promotional correspondence, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e‑mail and internet browsing.
Competencies:
client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
Language:
Bilingual (English and French) essential – reading, writing and speaking functional levels.
