Location: Chambly
Support Canadian Forces members with CFMWS as an Administrative Clerk in community recreation. This on-site role involves organizing activities, managing databases, and handling financial paperwork.
You will provide vital administrative support for planning and delivering community recreation activities. Tasks include maintaining the membership database, sorting invoices, and greeting visitors as a point of contact.
Your role will contribute to enhancing the well-being of Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and deliver community recreation activities
• Prepare invoices and manage petty cash funds
• Maintain and update membership databases and files
• Sort and process various documents and forms
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Several years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in office administration and accounting
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Competence in MS Office and related software
Your organizational skills and client focus will support CFMWS in enhancing community well-being.
