You will create, validate, and enter orders and tickets into our system, ensuring all details align with the correct contracts. Responding efficiently to supplier inquiries is crucial, as well as processing freight invoices for payments. A background in administration or relevant experience coupled with bilingual abilities in French and English will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and validate orders and freight tickets
• Process and approve invoices for payment
• Provide suppliers with unload reports and ticket details
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Respond promptly to customer and supplier communications
Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant experience or a college degree
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
• Familiarity with AgTech software is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French
This role combines customer service, organizational skills, and administrative tasks ensuring flow in operations.
