As a key member of the sales team, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage customer communications, and assist with the execution of sales campaigns and presentations. This ensures seamless collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, and clients to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Sales

• Manage customer communications and follow-up actions

• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals

• Coordinate travel and meetings with key stakeholders

• Monitor sales reports and maintain customer information

Requirements:

• College diploma in Business Administration or related field

• 3-5 years of executive administrative support experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
