Job Description :
We are looking for an Inside Sales and Estimating Representative with over 2 years of experience to join our team in Saint-Hyacinthe. The selected candidate will play a key role in evaluating the cost of manufacturing and installing residential, commercial, and institutional elevators.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentsPrepare detailed cost estimates for various projectsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to validate technical requirementsEvaluate material, labor, and equipment costsDraft and submit complete and competitive proposals within deadlinesMonitor public calls for tenders via SEAO, BSDQParticipate in the development of cost optimization strategies and update pricing and supplier databasesImplement price calculation tools based on production costsFollow up on submitted projects, including attending coordination meetings when requiredBenefits :

Required Skills :
Over 2 years of relevant experience in construction estimating (experience with custom-manufactured products is a strong asset)Building technologist backgroundExcellent knowledge of Quebec building codes and construction standards (an asset)Proficient in estimating software (e.g., MS Excel, specific estimating tools such as Pro Est, Plan Swift, or others)Fluent in spoken and written FrenchAbility to manage multiple files simultaneously with precisionStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsKnowledge of the elevator (lift) industry or accessibility solutions for residential and institutional environments is an assetDesired Profile :
