Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans, specifications, and tender documents

• Request and validate quotes from suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction estimation

• Experience with multi-residential or institutional projects

• Strong ability to read technical documents

• Proficient in Excel and office tools

• Bilingual in French and English for technical reading
