As a Jobsite Superintendent, you will manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and satisfaction for every client. Your expertise in the home-building process, combined with a proactive approach to challenges, will set you up for success in this full-time position. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of residential construction

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes

• Anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions

• Prepare project sites for efficient execution

• Deliver responsive after-sales support to clients

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in residential construction

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

• Bilingual in French and English is essential
