HC Habitation is searching for a reliable Senior Labourer (Site Support Specialist) to aid in field operations across multiple residential projects in Greater Montreal. In this full-time role, you will proactively maintain job readiness, manage service-related tasks, and ensure organized work sites. Collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent while utilizing your mechanical acumen to troubleshoot minor issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep job sites prepared for ongoing projects

• Perform warranty-related service tasks on-site

• Troubleshoot problems independently and efficiently

• Review schedules to manage daily priorities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across sites

Requirements:

• Experience in general labour or construction

• Strong mechanical ability and time management

• Self-sufficient with a proactive approach

• Must have a valid driver’s license
