Job Title: Site Foreman – Excavation, Sewer and Aqueduct

A well-established company in the civil works field is looking for a site foreman to supervise its excavation, roadwork, and underground network projects on the South Shore of Montreal. This position is aimed at an experienced person in the field, recognized for their ability to mobilize a team and ensure smooth operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise excavation, sewer, and aqueduct work

• Manage field teams (between 3 and 10 employees depending on the projects)

• Organize daily activities according to plans, specifications, and schedules

• Ensure compliance with quality, production, and health-safety standards

• Participate in site meetings with the management team

• Use digital tools for writing daily reports

• Integrate new employees and maintain a positive team dynamic

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in civil works

• In-depth knowledge of excavation and underground network work

• Previous experience as a laborer or operator: an asset

• Natural leadership, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills

• Valid CCQ and ASP construction cards

• Comfortable with technological tools (tablets, emails, tracking software)

• Valid driver's license

• Salary according to CCQ rates + 10% bonus

• Annual bonus between 5% and 10% (individual and team performance)

• Vehicle provided + gas (taxable benefit)

• Up to one extra hour paid per day depending on the profile
