Major Wire Customer Service Representative

Location: Candiac

Impact customer experience with Major Wire Industries as a Customer Service Representative. Your challenge will be to leverage your bilingual skills to support clients and process orders efficiently.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the essential point of contact for customer inquiries.

Your role will involve creating quotes, processing orders within the ERP system, and ensuring that customers are satisfied throughout their experience. Collaboration with other departments will be key in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective communication to deliver high-quality service

• Professionally manage customer inquiries with prompt resolutions

• Accurately create quotes and process customer orders

• Serve as a liaison between customers and territory managers

• Actively engage in improving the customer service experience

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English;
Spanish preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with Excel, Outlook; ERP experience is an asset
