Bilingual Patient Support Representative

In this Tier 1 role, you'll engage with patients and members in a call center setting, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You'll coordinate queues and provide vital information about Teladoc's services. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll often clarify complex concepts, ensuring high customer satisfaction even in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients
