As a Guest Service Agent, you will greet and assist guests warmly, handling check-ins and check-outs while ensuring smooth internal operations. This position also requires responding to guest requests efficiently, showcasing your creativity and individuality to enhance their stays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to all guest inquiries with care
• Resolve guest concerns proactively
• Collaborate with departments for personalized service
• Continuously improve guest experiences creatively
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive customer service orientation
• Ability to manage difficult situations calmly
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS is a plus
