Provide exceptional customer service as a Bilingual Patient Support Representative at Teladoc Health. This role focuses on managing inquiries and ensuring member satisfaction through calls, chats, and emails.

In this Tier 1 position, you will serve as a vital link for patients and members within a call center. Your responsibilities include resolving inquiries and addressing concerns while navigating busy workflows with empathy. Strong communication skills in both English and French are essential for effectively explaining complex concepts and handling crisis situations.
