Position: Service client bilingue - Travail à domicile - Horaire flexible (Boucherville)
Location: Boucherville

Position Overview  The Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative plays a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment.
This position involves managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services.
The representative ensures high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations.
They work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities   Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Resolve issues and coordinate queues to maintain service levels
Provide information about Teladoc Health services to patients and members
Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle crisis situations when appropriate
Work independently and collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications   Exceptional empathy and active engagement with members and patients
Superior problem‑solving capabilities and organizational acumen
Excellent telephonic communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high‑paced environment
Adaptability to new processes and thriving in a fast‑paced work environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required)
Benefits  Earn $24 CAD per hour.
Minimum commitment of only 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work more.
Customize your work schedule:
Monday‑Friday 5:00AM‑9:00AM EST, Thursday‑Friday 8:00PM‑12:00AM EST, Saturday‑Sunday 5:00AM‑10:30AM EST.
