Customer Account Coordinator

Position: Customer Account Coordinator Role
Location: Saint-Hyacinthe

Take on the role of Customer Account Coordinator at Graphic Packaging, within a standard Monday to Friday work schedule. This position is focused on managing customer interactions and order coordination effectively.

As a Coordinator, your 2-3 years of experience in customer service combined with a college diploma will prepare you for success. Mastery of Microsoft Office is expected, as well as fluency in French and English to support a diverse client base. Strong organizational and communication skills will be key to thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer account opening with credit evaluations

• Create and process orders in Globetek accurately

• Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams

• Manage and report on inventory and order statuses

• Serve as backup for customer service personnel when needed

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years in a similar customer-facing role

• College diploma in administration or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Fluency in French (5/5) and English (4/5)

• Strong communication and stress management capabilities
