Customer Service Representative; Châteauguay

Overview

You are the person who likes to set the tone for the customer’s experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will create ease in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented role, working both administratively and with the public while being the glue that makes things run seamlessly.

• Complete the administration required to make the Service Centre run seamlessly.
• Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost the store’s performance.
• Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
• Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with small windshield repairs.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.

• Strong customer and team relationship building skills.
• Experience helping people in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
• No formal education required – on‑the‑job training is provided.
• Valid Class5 driver’s license and ability to work at various Belron Canada locations within your geographic area.
