Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Customer Service Team Lead provides critical coaching and support to the Customer Service Representatives. This role demands strong leadership to meet service standards while enhancing operational efficiency. You will manage team performance, assist in onboarding, and foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives

• Monitor team performance and ensure service level adherence

• Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations effectively

• Assist in updating customer service procedures and best practices

• Prepare reports on service metrics and performance trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities

• Familiarity with customer service software and ERP systems
