Overview As a lifestyle counsellor, you are one of the first people the client or visitor will meet upon his arrival at a Nautilus Plus branch. We are looking for candidates who represent our company image: courteous, dynamic and passionate about physical activity and healthy nutrition. Specifically, you will be responsible for greeting clients and customer service. You will also be responsible for proposing memberships, personalized programs and services offered by Nautilus Plus that will meet the clients’ objectives.
The position involves diverse tasks, requires good organisation skills and effective management of priorities.
Responsibilities Greet clients and provide customer service
Propose memberships, personalized programs and Nautilus Plus services that meet clients’ objectives
Manage diverse tasks, organize effectively and handle priorities
Qualifications Experience in sales and/or customer service
Communication and persuasion skills

Professional

English - intermediate level and on occasion
