As a member of our team, you will provide extensive customer support to investment advisors. Activities include addressing requests from clients related to their accounts and the services we provide. Your focus will center on maximizing the use of tools available to clients while identifying areas for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service support to investment advisors

• Respond to client inquiries regarding products

• Conduct necessary research for quality service

• Redirect requests to appropriate personnel

• Help clients optimize their service tools and channels

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies

• At least two years of relevant experience

• French language proficiency essential

• Action-oriented and adaptable communicator

• Capability to work under a trade union context
