Your daily tasks

✔ Follow up on orders and customer files
✔ Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and shipments
✔ Prepare quotes and various administrative documents
✔ Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners
✔ Support procurement activities and internal operations

Requirement Linguistics

Knowledge of English is required as the successful candidate will communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English.
