About this role
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office.

This position is a 14-month fixed-term contract, offered as a maternity leave replacement.

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing a leading customer care experience. The role encompasses all areas of customer service, including effective communication with customers, collaborating with various departments, such as sales, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

What you will be responsible for

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

Process customer care transactions including but not limited to order entry, profile creation, account updates, payments, and returns.

Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure timely resolution

Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs, provide product information, and support sales process

Maintain accurate electronic customer files in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other applications

Send outbound communications (email/phone) to customers as per business needs

Support customer care initiatives implemented by management

What are we looking for

CEGEP or College diploma

Minimum three (3) years of previous customer service experience

Ability to identify customer needs and exceed expectations

Strong call handling and active listening skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers

Ability to identify problems, and generate solutions

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong computer literacy & ease in using different applications simultaneously

Familiarity with CRM system, digital platforms, order entry software and chat applications

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Ability to write professionally, concisely, and accurately

Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

English language proficiency is required for this job
