In this advisory role, you will focus on enhancing the member experience by providing clear guidance on banking services and supporting the usage of digital tools. Your contributions will help to foster business relations and streamline service delivery processes. Additionally, you will respond to fraud inquiries and ensure clients receive proper assistance and referrals when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on user-friendly technology tools

• Support business growth through relationship management

• Help resolve client issues related to fraud and irregularities

Requirements:

• French language proficiency is essential

• Customer service experience, especially in banking

• Strong knowledge of Desjardins products and services
