Groupe STROM à Brossard recherche un(e) Responsable du service à la clientèle pour assurer un service attentionné et coordonner l'équipe d’agents, en collaboration avec le Chef. Le candidat idéal a au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience et maîtrise les outils informatiques courants.
