Position: Cintas Route Service Representative Role

Become the face of Cintas as a Route Service Representative. Engage in a hands-on role with responsibilities involving route management and customer service within our Rental Division.

Cintas is in search of a Route Service Representative who will handle customer accounts, ensuring high service levels while navigating an established route. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up products, growing customer relationships, and addressing any concerns proactively. This position is both physical and dynamic, requiring teamwork and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in accounts

• Address and resolve customer service issues proactively

• Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling

• Manage inventory effectively and renew service agreements

• Maintain safety and compliance while driving

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license is mandatory for this role

• Experience driving vehicles over 10,000 lbs required

• High school education or equivalent necessary

• Strong customer service orientation

• Must meet physical demands of the position
