This permanent role involves assisting customers throughout various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and requires fluency in French. Ideal candidates will have a secondary school diploma and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry, ensuring effective customer support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
