Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs via performance reviews

• Design company-wide training plans and individual programs

• Lead dynamic onboarding and technical training

• Assess training effectiveness through analytics

• Support a team of instructors in program delivery
Requirements:

• Leadership experience in training development (3-5+ years)

• Aviation or aerospace industry experience required

• Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• French and English proficiency essential
