Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students

• Assist students with learning activities, homework, and reading

• Conduct educational and recreational activities to enhance skills

• Counsel students during crises and support behavior modification

• Collaborate with teachers and external organizations as necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma in special care counseling or equivalent

• Experience working with students with special needs

• Bilingual communication skills

• Knowledge of intervention techniques for challenging behaviors

• Valid first aid certification within the last three years
