Key Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Organize educational and extracurricular activities

• Facilitate lessons, support homework, and study skills

• Observe and evaluate student behavior and progress

• Coordinate with staff for effective classroom management

Requirements:

• Diploma in special care counseling or equivalent

• Proven experience with special needs education

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Bilingual preferred

• Valid first aid training certification
