Early Childhood Educator

We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join ÉCOLE BEE LINGUE INC., located at 1470 Rue Saint-Paul, Farnham, Quebec J2N 2W8.

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and daily care of children; planning and leading educational activities adapted to their developmental needs; promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development; observing and documenting their progress and developmental milestones; positively guiding routines, transitions, and behaviours; communicating with parents and collaborating with the educational team; and maintaining a safe, inclusive, clean, and stimulating environment.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with an hourly wage of $25.78. Wages will be paid weekly.
The working hours are as follows:
The regular workday begins at 8:45 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. The schedule may vary within the operating time range of 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with one week’s notice provided in the event of a schedule change.
The employee is entitled to two days off per week, normally Saturday and Sunday.
Educational level required:
Attestation of College Studies (AEC) – Completed
Language Requirements:
French or English is required.

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility are required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent judgment and organizational skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and members of the educational team
