As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in observing student behavior, enforcing school rules, and assisting with student needs during meals. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive school environment. Your involvement will help foster respect and responsibility among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor students in the cafeteria during lunch hours

• Enforce the school’s policy on discipline and respect

• Assist students with meals and personal items as needed

• Participate in supervising extracurricular student activities

• Maintain a safe environment and report concerns

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least one year of related experience required

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to maintain effective communication with students

• Valid first aid certification, current within three years
