As a Plant Operator with ARC, you will report to the Area Foreman and be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of high-pressure gas wells, plants, and related systems.

Your role will include monitoring system performance, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize plant operations. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence and environmental compliance while delivering reliable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant operations and address issues promptly

• Ensure safe maintenance of gas wells and pipelines

• Record and report on production metrics accurately

• Coordinate isolation and permitting activities effectively

• Collaborate cross-functionally with construction and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry

• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required

• Current H2S Alive and First Aid certification preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
