Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, power disciplines or suitably demonstrated experience working in the power sectorProject engineering or project management experience in the power or infrastructure industriesOver 10 years of experience in the power and infrastructure sectors, renewables, energy consulting or related engineering projectsStrong analytical skills and problem-solvingEffective communication, people and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements, codes, standards and best practices relevant to renewables projectsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic work settingWillingness to travel domestically, as neededAdvanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally.
