Could you be the full-time Tolerancing Engineer in St Bruno we’re looking for?

Responsibilities

Defining and managing tolerances to ensure trainset and car compliance

Supporting communication between engineering and industrial teams

Providing technical support for installation and zone engineers

Performing complex stack-up calculations at the train level

Cascading dimensional requirements to characteristic processes

Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience or understanding of dimensional metrology, GD&T (ISO/ASME), and stack-up calculations

Knowledge of CAD software and drawing interpretation

Familiarity with effective communication and training skills in French and English

A structured, hands-on, and persuasive approach with stakeholders

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

A continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to new challenges
