Piping Engineer

Position: Piping Engineer at G Mining Services
Location: Brossard

Join G Mining Services as a Piping Engineer and make an impact on international mining projects. This role, based in Brossard with hybrid work options, involves engineering designs and project management.

In this position, you'll report to the Piping Engineering Lead and manage planning, construction, and development projects. As a key player, you'll create models and designs for various piping systems, conduct cost estimates, and ensure projects meet deadlines. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mining initiatives while fostering collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering models, drawings, and designs for piping systems

• Review P&IDs and contribute to project plans

• Develop cost and time estimates for projects

• Negotiate and prepare contractual agreements

• Provide technical support during design and construction phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in mechanical/process engineering or related field

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Significant experience in mining or industrial projects

• O.I.Q. membership or eligibility preferred

• Proficient in Office Suite; knowledge of Fathom is a plus
