Control Engineering Leader at Alstom

Lead the Control Engineering domain at Alstom in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Drive technical execution in control architecture and manage resource allocation effectively.

In this full-time position, you’ll oversee the specification, development, and validation of control systems within the rolling stock scope. Collaborating with teams across vehicle engineering, software development, and testing is key to ensuring compliance with established processes. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving functional integration and successful verification and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain team capacity within ±10% of projected workload

• Ensure staffing aligns with project skill requirements

• Apply tools and standard processes effectively

• Guarantee zero missing Return on Experience between projects

• Support competency and technical leadership development within the team

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Control Engineering

• Experience in control systems, preferably in railway applications

• Knowledge of functional architecture and interface control documents

• Familiarity with embedded software development practices

• Bilingual in French and English, with additional languages as an asset
