Location: la prairie

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate technical issues and recommend solutions
• Develop maintenance and operational procedures
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
• Analyze installed product challenges and propose fixes
• Deliver training and support to technical teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10+ years of practical experience
• Familiarity with design and drawing software
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Legal employment authorization in Canada necessary
• Availability to travel as required
