In this pivotal role, you will serve as a machine safety technical expert, working on automated systems, production equipment, and complex environments. Your responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, conducting field assessments, and developing tailored safety measures to ensure operational integrity. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer innovative solutions while participating actively in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze industrial risks for automated equipment

• Conduct risk assessments based on real machine usage

• Define and implement risk reduction measures

• Mentor and supervise engineers and technicians

• Develop internal machine safety standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field

• 10+ years in industrial machine safety or automation

• Knowledge of CSA Z432, ISO 12100, and ISO 13849

• OIQ membership required

• Bilingual in English and French
