Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CAPEX strategy aligned with growth goals

• Manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion

• Create business cases and evaluate value-adding opportunities

• Encourage innovation through technology integration

• Supervise infrastructure and equipment performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering

• 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering management

• Ability to travel to North American sites

• OIQ membership required

• Project management experience preferred
