Construction Site Manager

Position: Construction Site Manager Role
Location: La Prairie

Lead construction and engineering efforts as a Site Manager, overseeing all phases of site activities. Ensure strict adherence to quality and contract standards throughout project execution.

This role requires managing personnel and guiding operational activities on-site while maintaining compliance with local regulations and policies. Utilize your technical knowledge and analytical skills to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget. Your leadership will play a key role in developing team performance and project solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities at the construction site

• Direct site team and oversee project execution

• Maintain quality, schedule, and cost targets

• Conduct direct management of staff and resources

• Employ analytical skills to address complex challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Legally eligible to work in Canada without assistance

• Proficient in both French and English

• Field experience with high voltage systems is advantageous

• Strong skills in documenting and managing projects
